Philosophy

Cross Creek Capital seeks to identify and invest in private companies with significant return potential that are expected to go public within three years. Cross Creek Capital believes that such late-stage venture investments mean shorter times to liquidity and relatively lower risk, compared to early-stage venture investments. The Cross Creek Capital investment team’s analytical efforts are focused on understanding long-term growth potential and investing at rational valuations.

The investment team’s ability to identify attractive late-stage venture investments is supported by the more than forty portfolio managers and analysts that comprise the Wasatch research team.

The Wasatch research team provides:
