Karey Barker, CFA
Managing Director, Cross Creek Capital
Vice President, Wasatch Advisors
Karey is a Managing Director for Cross Creek Capital and a member of the Board of Directors of Wasatch Advisors. Karey first developed the concept of Cross Creek Capital in 2004 while managing the Wasatch Small Cap Ultra Growth portfolios. As a public equity money manager, she saw a need to develop an expertise in the private equity markets to better understand emerging themes and competition.
Prior to Cross Creek Capital, Karey was a portfolio manager for the Wasatch Small Cap Ultra Growth portfolios for over 14 years. She joined Wasatch Advisors in 1989.

Greg Bohlen, MBA
Managing Director, Cross Creek Capital
Greg is a Managing Director for Cross Creek Capital. He joined Wasatch Advisors in late 2004 to help Karey develop the Cross Creek Capital concept. Greg’s experience and relationships in venture capital and investment banking were instrumental to the validation and implementation of Cross Creek Capital.
Prior to Wasatch, Greg was Chief Financial Officer and an investing professional at The Aurora Funds in North Carolina. Greg’s previous work experience also includes a significant tenure in investment banking most recently with UBS AG as the Director for the Private Equity Coverage Group from 2001 to 2003 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Ajay Krishnan, CFA
Director, Cross Creek Capital
Portfolio Manager, Wasatch Advisors
Mr. Krishnan was appointed a Managing Director of Cross Creek Capital in 2008.
He has been a Portfolio Manager for the Wasatch Ultra Growth portfolios since 1999.
He joined Wasatch Advisors as a Research Analyst in 1994 was an analyst on the
Ultra portfolios prior to becoming a Portfolio Manager. He was also a Portfolio Manager
on the Global Science and Technology portfolios from 2002 to 2005.
Mr. Krishnan earned a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University where
he also worked as a graduate assistant. He completed his undergraduate degree at Bombay
University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in Mathematics. A member
of the Salt Lake City Society of Financial Analysts, Mr. Krishnan specializes in analyzing
the investment potential of fast growing companies.

Samuel S. Stewart, Jr., PhD, CFA

Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer,
Chief Investment Officer, Wasatch Advisors
Sam serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager for Wasatch Strategic Income portfolios, and a Director of Cross Creek Capital.
Sam founded Wasatch Advisors in 1975. His academic background served to instill a consensus driven investment process which has been a driving force behind Wasatch Advisors’ longevity and success. In addition to his management role, Sam has served as portfolio manager on various Wasatch portfolios notably including the Wasatch Core Growth Portfolios. His recent endeavors at Wasatch Advisors include the development of an income focused product.
