Management, Research and Administration

		Karey Barker, CFA Managing Director Vice President, Wasatch Advisors Karey is Managing Director for Cross Creek Capital and a member of the Board of Directors of Wasatch Advisors. Karey first developed the concept of Cross Creek Capital in 2004 while managing the Wasatch Small Cap Ultra Growth portfolios. As a public equity money manager investing primarily in small companies, she saw a need to develop an expertise in the private equity markets to help her better understand emerging themes and competition. Prior to Cross Creek Capital, Karey was a portfolio manager for the Wasatch Small Cap Ultra Growth portfolios for over 14 years. She joined Wasatch Advisors in 1989.

		Samuel S. Stewart, Jr., PhD, CFA Investment Committee Member Chairman of the Board, Wasatch Advisors Sam serves as Chairman of the Board of Wasatch Advisors, Portfolio Manager for Global Science & Technology and Wasatch Strategic Income portfolios, and as a Director of Cross Creek Capital. Sam founded Wasatch Advisors in 1975. His academic background served to instill a consensus driven investment process which has been a driving force behind Wasatch Advisors’ longevity and success. In addition to his management role, Sam has served as a portfolio manager on various Wasatch portfolios notably including the Wasatch Small Cap Core portfolios.

		John Malooly, CFA Investment Committee Member Senior Equities Analyst John was appointed to the investment committee of Cross Creek Capital in 2010. From 2003 through January 2010, he worked as a co-Portfolio Manager on the Wasatch Micro Cap Value portfolios. He joined Wasatch Advisors in 1997 as a Research Analyst with Jeff Cardon on the Small Cap Growth portfolio. From 1999 to 2003 John worked with Robert Gardiner as the senior analyst on the Micro Cap portfolios. Prior to joining Wasatch Advisors, John was an Investment Specialist at UMB Fund Services (formerly Sunstone Financial Group), the transfer agent for Wasatch Funds. John graduated from Marquette University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

		Ajay Krishnan, CFA Investment Committee Member Portfolio Manager, Wasatch Advisors Ajay was appointed to the investment committee of Cross Creek Capital in 2008. He has been a Portfolio Manager for the Wasatch Small Cap Ultra Growth portfolios since 1999. He joined Wasatch Advisors as a Research Analyst in 1994 and was an analyst on the Ultra portfolios prior to becoming a Portfolio Manager. He was also a Portfolio Manager on the Global Science & Technology portfolios from 2002 to 2005. Ajay earned a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University where he also worked as a graduate assistant. He completed his undergraduate degree at Bombay University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in Mathematics.

		Tyler Christenson, MBA Director Tyler is a Director for Cross Creek Capital and coordinates the due diligence process with the broader Wasatch Advisors Research Team. Tyler was an integral member of the Wasatch Advisors Venture Initiative Group established to take Cross Creek Capital from concept to reality. Tyler joined Wasatch Advisors in 2004 as an equities research analyst. Prior to Wasatch Advisors, Tyler was president of American Investment Financial, a Leucadia National Corporation subsidiary located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

		Peter Jarman, MBA Director Peter is a Director for Cross Creek Capital. He joined Cross Creek in 2010 after four years as a Senior Investment Manager for Fort Washington Capital Partners Group, where he assisted in managing its venture and private equity investment portfolios. Prior to joining Fort Washington, Peter was recruited by a private equity fund to turnaround sales, marketing and product development for a portfolio company, Roundy Inc. Previous to Roundy Inc., he worked for Parametric Technology Corp., BancAmerica Robertson Stephens, and has held executive positions at several venture backed companies including Oculus Technologies, Campus Pipeline and HealthRider. Peter received his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

		Sherry Ward Executive Assistant Sherry joined Wasatch Advisors in 2006 as Cross Creek Capital's Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining Cross Creek Capital, Sherry worked for ICS Triplex, Inc. in Houston, Texas as an executive assistant to the president.

Operations

		Dan Thurber General Counsel, Wasatch Advisors Dan serves as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of Wasatch Advisors, which he joined in 2006. He currently oversees Cross Creek Capital’s adherence to Wasatch’s overall compliance program. From 2001 to 2006, he was an associate and partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Salt Lake City, Utah. At Dorsey, as Wasatch Advisors’ outside counsel, Dan was instrumental to the formation of Cross Creek Capital and its integration with Wasatch Advisors.

		Mike Yeates Chief Financial Officer, Wasatch Advisors Mr. Yeates joined Wasatch Advisors in 2003 as an Assistant Controller. Prior to joining Wasatch, he worked for the University Venture Fund in Salt Lake City, UT. Mike left Wasatch in 2006 to become a Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates, a multi strategy hedge fund in Westport, Connecticut. Mike rejoined Wasatch in August 2007 as the Chief Financial Officer. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah.

		Allison Christensen Assistant Director of Operations, Wasatch Advisors Allison is the Assistant Director of Operations for Wasatch Advisors. She has taken over the added responsibility of certain Cross Creek Capital operations. Allison joined Wasatch Advisors in 2000 in the Operations Department. In 2002, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah.

		Sarah Matthews Senior Operations Analyst Sarah is a Senior Operations Analyst for Wasatch Advisors and as a result is involved in the operational support for Cross Creek Capital. Sarah joined Wasatch Advisors in 2006 in the Operations Department. In 2006, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Westminster College.
